Marathon Guru's Marathon Training Program (Static PDF)
This program is designed for runners who do not run or may run occasionally and their goal is to complete a half marathon or full marathon. The training will consist of 1 x long run a week combined with 1 x session, 3 x easy runs and 2 x rest days.
The emphasis is on slowly building you up to physically complete the distance. There really is not a goal time in mind but we will give you approximate goal indicators along the way with how you are performing
