What time are you aiming for with your next event? Will this be your personal best or your debut at the distance? I'm definitely still a tortoise rather than a hare so if I can do sub 2:30 at the Central Coast Half I'll be happy.
Why do you run? A challenge mainly. I like to do all sorts of fitness but with running, there's definitely no where to hide. It's you against the route.
What is favorite training session? Interval Training
Do you have long-term goal in running? If yes, maybe, you’d like to share? Definitely a sub 4hr marathon with my sister Marnie. As we're Poms, we'd love London to be our Marathon debut in 2013.

What time are you aiming for with your next event? Sydney was a bit of a shocker for me - so I would like to beat my last marathon time of 4 hrs and 5 minutes in 2010.
Why do you run? Running is may time to be on my won, think through my life and process anything happening at the moment. Its my time to talk to myself. This year though, a greater reason to run, has crossed my path that has changed the goal posts for me. I am running this year for Batten Disease, a fatal condition that has affected a a family in our community. The P.B has taken a back seat!!
What is favorite training session? My favourite training is a long, Sunday, early morning run.
Do you have long-term goal in running? Long term I would love to run a strong, enjoyable marathon, with a time around 3hrs 30minutes.
What do you think of Marathon Guru? The MG was very affirming. I run well when I know exactly what to do and a plan to follow. The variety was great too and easy to follow.
