Just to say I found the program and advice brilliant. I set a goal of 4.30 and stuck to the program ,and before the marathon the estimated time on the program was 4.24. I completed the Dublin marathon in 4.23.45 knocking 52 mins from my first marathon last year.
Thanks for a really great support system and I will strongly recommend the program system to my friends for the future.

Just a quick email to say thanks to you and your marathon guru program for helping me achieve one of my life’s goals of completing a full marathon. As a first time marathon runner, I wasn’t sure what my capabilities where however, your website was a great help. I finished in 4:02:22 , 2 minutes more than what was predicted using your website. My actual time was 4:43:36!!! I am so excited it is ridiculous !! I even feel so good I am going to start light running in the next few days just for fun!!
I cannot thank you enough for helping me realise my dream.. No one but other runners understand this. What marathon guru gave me was so much more than prescribed running times. The tips of the day taught me the psychology of endurance training and how it was the 600 plus kms that got me over the line.. Euphoria and adrenalin made me nearly float on race day....
I have not stopped raving about your program... Particularly at the expo the day before... I can't wait for my next race, whatever that is, and naturally I wouldn't do it without you...

I just wanted to thank you very much for your training program!! I just did the Melbourne Marathon on Sunday and beat my goal like your program predicted. My goal was 3:30 and I finished in 3:08:31 (with a toilet stop!).
Really happy with my time seeing as it was my first marathon and loved following your program and challenging myself (particularly on the hill sessions and 1600 intervals!! Ouch).
Thanks again and I look forward to following another program soon. Already missing it weirdly haha.
Firstly a huge thankyou for this fanatastic marathon training initiative. Having just followed the advanced program to train for the Melbourne Marathon, I am stunned by the result I was able to achieve having not run a marathon for 15 years and being only days from my 50th birthday it was incredible to finally achieve the sub 3 hour goal with a massive 27 min. off my p.b..
